I am planning to buy a restaurant franchise I dont have any restaurant experience , what's the best way to promote a rerstaurant?
well, i have been in the restaraunt bidness. And i do not know your locale, but it is all about location and demand. You may like greek, italian, or oriental, but if your location prefers meat and potatoes, like in the midwest, that is what you should provide. Be attuned to your local flavors. And the most important issue of course is watch your labor costs, they can literally, "eat you up", along with loss prevention. It is surprising how many "good employees" take a little extra stuff home at night. A trusted manager or asst. manager should be on duty at all times, 24-7. The title alone gives them the power of authority, as well as making someone responsible for losses. if you like send me a line, will talk more, your friend in kansas, rob
