Does anyone now how to start a small restaurant business?
Author: admin // Category: restaurant businessIm a young business enthusiast who has a basic plan down for a restaurant. The only thing i need to do before presenting my plan is an accurate interpretation of legal documents that i need to sign to become a official business.
If you don’t have serious restaurant experience, don’t do it. Restaurants open and close all the time, most new ones don’t make it.

One big problem a lot of restaurants run into is liquor license. It nearly takes a year to get approved for it, so you have to factor that it before you can open your restaurants. Secondly is the location of your restaurant, make sure that its a decent location and that you can easily get some foot traffic. But i think as long as your food is different from the other local restaurants then people will have no problem at least trying your restaurant and telling their friends about it. The best thing about restaurants is the food can speak for it self. Its not like clothes were it depends if its in style or not.
