I have a fresh concept that I would like to patent along with the name. How much would it cost roundabout to copyright and patent?

You can’t copyright a restaurant. Copyright is limited to expression, not ideas, which is why a story plot is uncopyrightable but the novel or script are.

You also can’t patent a restaurant. You could patent certain processes within the restaurant if they’re completely unique. If your servers move through the dining room suspended from the ceiling, you might be able to patent the harnesses and track system, but still not the restaurant concept itself.

The good news is that you can trade-mark the name, theoretically, so long as it doesn’t conflict with an existing mark, it isn’t obscene, and it isn’t entirely descriptive of the operation. If you do the trade-mark registration yourself it should only cost a couple hundred dollars. Go through an agent (usually a lawyer, but not always), and you’re probably looking at their usual fees.
