    Ignorant people!

    Ignorant people!

Some fats, (particularly certain essential fatty acids), actually cause people to lose weight, (ie, fat weight)

It is insulin imbalance provoked by a number of things, (eg high glycemic foods & endocrine atrophy with age), that cause the accumulation of fat

    How ironic that …
How ironic that these people who know so much about cooking know so little about the nutritional value of food. If the obese guy on the right ate that tuna with butter on a regular basis instead of whatever it is he does eat, he’d no doubt be much leaner and healthier as a result.
