How much does a restaurant owner earns(doesn’t matter if its monthly,yearly)?

because i’m thinking of opening a restaurant one day when im older.
and is it good how much the owner gets.
It is very hard to run a restaurant. It takes a lare amount of time. However, food has a very high markup. My bosses pull in a large amount of money, but they have been running their business for 30 years. Their wages range in the 70-80,000 a year range. This is not typical.

it fluxuates it depends on how many cutomers they have, how much they charge for the food. how much they pay their help.
