If a owner of a Mexican restaurant have all illegal immigrants working there can I deport them?
Author: admin // Category: restaurant ownerI started working there but the owner of that place doesn’t want to pay me in check and am the only one that is llegal there in the restaurant .
Contact your local ICE office. A friend just emptied a restaurant off all but 3 workers a few weeks ago.

well, odds are if you call immigration, YOU wont have a job anymore if your boss finds out your the one who called…but yeah, you can get them deported
two chinese restaurants and a mexican restaurant got a bunch of their employees deported near where i live recently because almost all of them were illegal

you can call Ice with out giving your name or go to http://www.reportillegals.com. Yes report them as soon as possible. you will not have to give any info if you do not want to.

Find another restaurant (not Mexican) to work in that doesn’t have as many illegals. Then once you are out of there decide if you want to report them or not. I personally don’t think I could work in a place were ALL the workers except for me were illegals. Most cheap restaurants hire illegals though for the dishwashing and bussing tables in the big cities though. It will be hard to avoid them unless you get into a more up-scale restaurant.
And for Gringa, if we keep on pretending not to see it we are accomplices to the crime, that’s why he should get out or report it.

You are a Mexican Restaurant owner and depotation is not within your authority. However, you may complain to an immigration officer who is responsible for deportation.
