Are you planning to buy a shop? rent one? thats what costs alot, it could cost u hundreds of thousands! Menus arnt that much to make, however I would worry about the kitchen equipment and you need A LOT of safety cerficates etc. I personally believe its a bad idea to start a resturant in a time like this.
