The best way is to get a part time job at one of these places and find out how the system works 1st hand. The hands on technique is always the best way to learn.
References :
Well, the trick is that their meat is never fresh to begin with. the meat they use doesn't need to b fresh... Mcdonalds 4 example, uses rotten corpses of people; the older they are the better. they pretty much just leave it out to rott a little more until someone asks for a big mac or whatever. as for KFC, its not real chicken. The "chickens" they use are actually a similar creature to chickens, but they're actually a secret Russian government experiment that is a mixture of DNA found on Mars in the 80's and mixed w/ what the believe to be the closest creature to the remnants of this strange organism. To keep it from being to hostile they added different chemicals and stuff to subdue the creature and it evolved into an even stranger creature once it came in contact w/ these chemicals. this new organism in fact grows an allergic reaction when confronted w/ a certain flower, known as Datura, causing it to grow a breadlike outer-shell. while this is not the same as the breading which u taste, when mixed w/ different things, it tastes the same. this preperation process is extremely painful for the chicken thing, but in the end, it dies slowly yet painlessly as its cooked, (though its head has been chopped off and it has been cut into many pieces, it still lives, similar to a cockroach, for days... so it remains alive and relatively fresh pretty much until it is cooked and served. different chemicals are added when its prepared so it looks like a chicken... but all and all, its actually better for u than most ppl think.
References :
my f*cked up mind
