It is going to be a family run Restaurant & Lounge in downtown area near the water (but not a seafood restaurant!) modern & funky?
Colour palate: red & black dining area, blue & grey lounge.
Western cuisine with a twist. Local products (including wine & beer)
Clientele: corporate, young adult, seniors and family.

You need something that shows off the whole family, local, home-made aspect of the restaurant whilst maintaining the feature of the up-market lounge.
Oceanic Dining?
